DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our time is very valuable, please note that when we schedule you an appointment, if you cancel in less than 72 hours before your appointment, it can be difficult for us to fill your appointment time with a new client and also ensure that they are properly prepared to take your place. Please respect your commitment to your appointment. Thorne Cosmetic Studio requires a deposit on all appointments. The deposit is a minimum of $100.00 and will be applied to your overall price of your procedure. The online booking system will prompt you to pay your deposit in order to book an appointment. If you are a scalp micro-pigmentation client, please note that you need to book a free consult with me before hand and then I will personally schedule a time for your appointment. I typically schedule my scalp micro-pigmentation clients on Saturday and Sunday, but I am open to working with you to schedule an appointment time that works best for you and your needs. If you are an eyebrow client who has previously had work done by another artist or you’re in need of correction work, please book a brow correction consult with me to discuss if I can help you. I would hate for you to lose your deposit and waste your time if I can’t cover or camouflage your previous work. Please keep in mind that you pay your deposit through the online booking system and you are required to pay the remaining balance of your procedure during your first appointment.
Please arrive ten minutes before you consultation time. All consults are free, but please be respectful of my time. I value our time together and would like the make the most of our consult and not have to cut it short if I have a client waiting for the appointment slot after your consult.
If you choose to cancel or change your appointment time please e-mail me at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time to discuss your options. Deposits are not refundable, but if you need to change your appointment time for a later date, your deposit will be applied to your new appointment date if you cancel or reschedule in time. If you do not cancel or change your appointment time before the 72 hour window, you will forfeit your deposit and have to pay another deposit to secure a new appointment in the future.
